NDIS Exercise Physiology Geelong

A real gym. Real expertise. Real inclusion.

Core Health Group is a registered NDIS provider, and we've been delivering exercise physiology services to participants across Geelong and the surrounding region since we opened.

What makes us different isn't just our clinical credentials — it's the environment. NDIS participants who come to Core Health Group train in our fully equipped gym alongside the rest of our members. There's no separate room, no modified corner, no sense of being set apart. Just a well-equipped, welcoming space where everyone trains together and our team knows how to support every individual in it.

What we can help with.

Our Exercise Physiologists work with participants across a wide range of conditions and goals, including:

  • Neurological conditions (MS, Parkinson's, stroke, acquired brain injury)

  • Physical disabilities and mobility limitations

  • Intellectual disability

  • Mental health conditions

  • Autism spectrum disorder

  • Chronic pain and fatigue conditions

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation and injury recovery

How it works

NDIS participants can access Exercise Physiology services through their plan under Capacity Building — Improved Health and Wellbeing or Improved Daily living. We work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants. If you're unsure whether your plan covers Exercise Physiology, get in touch and we'll help you work it out.

There are no gap payments for NDIS-funded appointments.

Gym access for participants

Our gym facility is designed to be accessible and welcoming. Participants who want to continue training between supervised sessions are always welcome — and because our gym is staffed by Exercise Physiologists, there's always a qualified person available if they need guidance.

Our Simple Process to Get Started.

The NDIS can be complicated, we try to make our process as simple as possible.

  • You or your Support Coordinator can contact us via phone or our dedicated NDIS inquiry form (button below). We'll have a friendly chat to understand your needs, answer any questions you may have, and confirm your NDIS plan details.

  • We'll book an initial consultation at our clinic. This is a chance for us to get to know you, discuss your specific NDIS goals, and complete a thorough assessment.

  • Based on your goals and assessment, your Accredited Exercise Physiologist will design a customised program just for you. We'll ensure it is practical, enjoyable, and aligns perfectly with your NDIS plan.

  • Together, we'll start your sessions. We'll guide you through your program, track your progress, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
